Entrepreneurs, home workers, self employed, creative types. Hobbyists.They may not know each other in real life, but they all work in similar areas of knowledge. To share physical place, organize events, share ideas and monetize the ideas. Share knowledge and expertise. Share tools/equipment. Opportunities that may be found in the community could be startup entrepeneuralships, and consulting for larger enterprises. Socializing with other people.To find local clients by becoming visible. Maximise opportunities for serendipitous discovery and cross pollination of skill sets. 02.04 Which is the reason, our motivations, our mission, that move us to design this project with open and p2p dynamics? Current solutions are fragmented and do not accomodate the needs of this wider section of the creative workforce as a whole.To keep it possible for one to earn living by alternative ways of doing creative work at small scale (in addition to more traditional big company driven design profession) Mission is to offer people inspiring community so they don't necessarily have to move to other cities 02.05 How do we see the future of this community? Which is the vision we have that our collaborative process will achieve in the community and for us? Having different commnunities based on locality. Leveraging 'creative capital' for the benefit of the stakeholders as well as Helsinki's image/economy. Once the system is designed, the members of the community can/know how to re-design/co-design/evolve the system as needed. 02.06 What do we want to change and communicate with this collaborative process? Which are our values and the values of the project that we want to share with the community? People can self-organise to solve their problems and needs. We want to improve the working conditions of self-employed. Equal opportunity to participate in a project. Collaborate rather than compete. Find people in the community to work on a project that you may never have found from interviewing in a company. To illustrate that you become what you share and with whom.
